Why I built it
Plans that start from reality.
Every plan I tried assumed I had more time than I do. I wanted one that starts from what I actually trained last month and fits around a job.

TriCoach reads your training from Apple Health, Strava or intervals.icu and builds your swim, bike and run plan backwards from race day. It sizes the plan from the training you've really been doing, not the hours you wish you had.

Three runs, two or three rides, two or three swims, hard days spread out. Set how much time you have each day and every session fits.

The coming week stays put so you can plan around it. Later weeks adapt to what you actually do.

Every load number has a confidence score based on how it was measured. When it can't trust a number, it says so.

Each week it checks whether your FTP, run threshold or swim CSS look out of date. You confirm every change.
No bike next week? Pool closed? Tell it ahead of time and the plan works around it.
Add your own Anthropic API key and tell it how a session felt. It can ease, shorten or move sessions. It never adds load.

From Apple Health, Strava or intervals.icu, or from .fit, .gpx and .tcx files you share to it. It cleans up duplicates and wrong sport types first.
Yes. Any session goes to Apple Watch as a structured workout, and bricks go as multisport.
Sprint, Olympic, half and full distance. Add one race or several.
